 We install sod,seed,and artificial lawns. Our sod and seed lawns use the same specifications. We use a lot of only the best topsoil and we use natural fertilizers. We take care to prepare the ground the correct way with the right grading ,compaction, and depth of soil. The difference comes at the end. We hydroseed using only the best seed blends for our seeded lawns. For sod we use premium sod raised in Oregon. We take time to knit the seams together to eliminate gaps. Lot of companies these days do not go to the trouble we do to do it right. We also do artificial turf using various blends of turf.Again we go to great lengths to do the underlayment correctly to make sure you have the best product for years to come. The differences in the various types are fairly obvious. The difference is sod and seed is the amount of time till you can use your lawn, The grass mixtures are the same and they look the same over time. Seed lawns are less expensive to put in but require more of your time to maintain them until they fill in and mature.Sod is instant and usually you start moving in about 10 days. Artificial lawns are more expensive, but the maintenance over time makes up for it.And then there is the aesthetics which is personal to the client
